One of the hardest parts of goal setting isn't completing goals—it's knowing what goal to set next. After you finish a project, hit a milestone, or simply want to try something new, the blank page can feel overwhelming.
That's why we're excited to introduce Goal Suggestions, a new feature that uses AI to recommend personalized goals based on your unique history and patterns.
How Goal Suggestions Work
Goal Suggestions analyzes your completed goals, daily intentions, and progress patterns to understand what matters most to you. Then it recommends new goals that align with your trajectory and help you grow in meaningful ways.

Each suggestion comes with a match percentage that indicates how well the goal aligns with your history and preferences. A 92% match, for example, means the AI is highly confident this goal fits your patterns and interests.
What Makes These Suggestions Smart
Unlike generic goal recommendations, Goals AI's suggestions are deeply personalized. Here's what the AI considers:
- •Your completed goals — What you've already achieved tells us what you care about
- •Daily intention patterns — Your most frequent focus areas reveal your priorities
- •Goal categories — If you've been crushing fitness goals, we might suggest the next challenge
- •Timing and rhythm — When you're most successful with certain types of goals
- •Progress velocity — How quickly you complete goals of different types
Three Ways to Respond
When a goal suggestion appears, you have complete control over what happens next:
- 1Add Goal — Accept the suggestion as-is and add it directly to your goals
- 2Edit — Like the idea but want to customize it? Edit the title, description, or deadline before adding
- 3Not for me — Pass on this suggestion. The AI learns from your preferences and will improve future recommendations

Real Examples of Goal Suggestions
Here are some examples of how the AI connects your history to new goal suggestions:
Suggested goal: "Take a 1-mile walk to explore a nearby park or green space"
Why: The AI noticed you enjoy outdoor walking and suggests a variation that adds exploration to keep things fresh.
Suggested goal: "Read one chapter of a non-fiction book before bed each night this week"
Why: The AI connects your reading habit with your preferred evening timing to suggest an achievable daily practice.
Suggested goal: "Practice 5 minutes of breathing exercises before your first meeting each day"
Why: The AI identifies a pattern around energy management and suggests a specific, actionable habit to support it.
Where to Find Goal Suggestions
Goal Suggestions appear in your Dashboard when the AI has a high-confidence recommendation for you. You'll see a distinctive card with a lightbulb icon indicating it's a suggestion rather than an existing goal.
Suggestions are designed to be helpful, not intrusive. They appear when you might benefit from inspiration—like after completing a goal or during a quiet period in your goal activity.
Privacy and Your Data
Goal Suggestions are generated entirely from your own data—your goals, intentions, and progress. We never use data from other users to make suggestions, and your information is never shared.
